Phew!

There's been a lot going on this week so sorry for not having much time to update you. Steven got home on Monday evening after a 3 week trip. We were all happy to see him. (He was off work on Tuesday so we did some work in the yard and ran a few errands) Also, on Monday I also took a 2 hour hammered dulcimer class. That was a lot of fun. I'd like to save my money this summer so maybe I can get my own hammered dulcimer in the fall and start taking regular lessons while the kids are at school. There is a club in the area that gets together and plays a few times each month. I think it would be fun to be part of that.

I went to the YMCA today and did the strength test and registration for ActivTrax. ActivTrax is a computer generated work-out. Each time you complete a work-out, it prints out a different one to do on your next visit. I just signed up for the 30 day trial to see if I like it. Anything to try to get motivated to get my exercise!

Tomorrow is a work-out day and then "restorative" yoga afterward. Delaney has an appointment with her doctor after school for a physical. She needs that for her day camp at the YMCA.

I cannot reveal my plans for Friday yet as they are top secret. You will just have to stay tuned to see what will happen around here. It's something major so be sure to check back over the week-end if you can!

Wow, the workout sounds great, Shannon! And yoga too--excellent! Hammered dulcimers are really beautifuly instruments, aren't they. Both to look at and to play.
