Recipe review - Crock pot chicken with black beans and cream cheese

Liudwih, this recipe ROCKS! If you can find a way to make it vegan, you will love it. 5 smacks...and a handful of hair!!!

I served this in tortilla wraps. Tinna ate it without much complaint, William refused to eat it because it had chicken in it, and Delaney (who usually complains about every single dinner I make) went back for seconds. Was it good? Damn straight! This is one of the best Tex-Mex meals I've ever had. I think it would also be good over some brown rice with a side of salad. Yuuum, yumm!
