Something exciting HAS happened!

I didn't know it would be today but I knew it would be soon...the yarn came for my next knitting project! Ooooh, it is sooo soft! I think my friend will really like this (no name to the project, sorry it's a surprise) when it is finished! She better hope I'm in a giving mood when it's done or I'm liable to keep it for me. =) The yarn is Plymouth Encore worsted weight 75% Acrylic 25% Wool. While I'm usually a yarn snob and don't use acrylic, this project almost requires it for easy care. That's all I can say.

Photos: new yarn in Burnt Sienna and Butternut. Update photo of the Pel. I have one armhole completed and am almost to the point of adding in the second...oh...and I met a nice lady in Canada (through Ravelry) who is making the same pattern! Unfortunately, she is now going to complete hers waaaay before I complete mine. Guess I better get working!

Yes...it is beautiful! I can't believe how soft it is. You will like it! Not sure if I will see you tomorrow night since hubby is home. I'll give you a call during the day.
