This was so much fun!
My singles...
Plied and on the niddy noddy (I now own one!)...
Tied and ready to be turned into...
A skein! My first true skein! I'm so happy! Mary says I can call it "Designer Yarn." Ha!
Here's a photo of dinner from last night. The girls gobbled it down but William took an hour to eat it since he doesn't like potatoes.
Potatoes Frittata
2 cups chopped unpeeled potatoes, cooked (I used frozen hash brown potatoes)
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
3 green onions, sliced
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise (recipe calls for Miracle Whip_
1/4 tsp each: salt and black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix potatoes, ham and onions; spoon into greased 9-inch pie plate
2. Beat eggs and milk in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add dressing (mayo), salt and pepper; mix well. Pour evenly over potato mixture.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
Lastly, a flashback for you Gen X'ers. How many of you had THIS game when you were growing up? I think I got this for Christmas when I was 8 or 9. I wasn't a master player for quite a few years. Now, 30 years later, I can still kick it's ass!!! (And my kids are learning, too!)

Nice yarn! Is that from the roving you got from me? There´s an award in my blog for you...I did not have that game, we played Super Mario Bros. - the original version (ours is long gone...RIP) and I have found a way to play it online through Facebook, yay! It took some time to adjust to playing by keyboard, but once I got the hang of it...
No, this roving originally came with my HH wheel. But now that I have a niddy noddy, I can put your into a skein, too! I never really got into Super Mario Bros. but Delaney loves the Mario Cart game for the Wii. Right now, I'm addicted to Jungle Bubble on king.com (you can create a free account and play all sorts of games)...
That recipe sounds yummy. Gonna have to give a try.
Your yarn is looking lovely! You are doing a wonderful job spinning!
