Penn Dark

Another surprise...on the Penn Dark label...

The Valkyries, so Norse legend goes, conducted slain warriors to Valhalla to spend eternity feasting and drinking. Something much like Penn Dark lager, we're pretty sure. Brewed from roasted barley malt, Hallertau hops, pure water and a special lager yeast. If you were going to spend eternity drinking beer, this would be the one. Now you can visit Valhalla without leaving your home. It's in the bottle.

Although I'm not sure this is THE beer I'd like to drink for all eternity (it's definitely a lager and I'm looking for a doppelbock if I have to pick one forever and ever), it's still *very* good and I'm happily enjoying it!!!
