Liudwih saves the day...

Finally, the video has been uploaded. Thank you, Liudwih!

I have about 3cm left on the Pel body now. Hopefully I'll have it finished up tonight and can post a photo later tomorrow. Thanks to hubby, I already have plans for 8am.

Also, thanks to Liudwih, I have discovered the mad, mad world of "Sloppy Janes"...not manly enough to be a sloppy Joe, these things are made with two slices of toasted Milton's Multi-Grain bread, cream cheese, tomatoes, and basil spread. 5 smacks!!! Yummm, yumm. Photo of mine below. I happened to have vegetable cream cheese on hand, so I used that in place of plain cream cheese.

And again, more photos of Delaney. These were taken on her 100th Day of School (yesterday)...which, apparently, is a REALLY BIG DEAL these days. They had a party and everything. She was talking to her daddy on the phone when I snapped these photos.

The sandwich looks yummy. But... You need to sautee the tomatoes and drizzle them with balsamic in the pan. That's what makes the Jane so sloppy;-p

You know, I must have missed that part of the lesson! And looking in my pantry and fridge, there is NO DAMN balsamic vinegar here!!! How did my life come to this???? There's just no excuse. Hmmm...I wonder if Annie's Naturals Balsamic Vinaigrette would do? Well, I'll know in about 5 minutes!
