Boobs & Cheese

We had a wonderful night of cheese making! I have uploaded photos to Flickr but I'll put the highlights below. Who knew cheese could be made at home with a gallon of milk, some salt, and lemon juice. It is pretty tasty, too. I can't wait to cook up some of mine with spinach into a nice "palak paneer". Yummmy!
